Delete your Imagination by Samantha account

This is how you ask Walter and Kids Improvements, LLC to delete your Imagination by Samantha account and the data tied to it.

How to request deletion

1. Sign in is not required for the request, but we need the email on the account.
2. Email [email protected] from that same address.
3. Subject line: Delete my Imagination by Samantha account.
4. We’ll confirm, then delete within 30 days.

What we delete

Your login, profile (desk, company name, rates), saved rooms and photos, job folders, reports you filed, and “how you heard about us.”

What we may keep

Stripe keeps payment records as the law requires (tax and fraud). We do not keep your full card number. If you posted nothing public, nothing stays on the Before & after page.

Delete some data without closing the account

In the studio you can delete a room or a photo anytime. That does not close the account.
