By creating an account, tapping I agree, or using Imagination by Samantha, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What this is — and is not
Imagination by Samantha is a design and estimating aid for homeowners, contractors, and engineers. It is not an architect, surveyor, engineer of record, or licensed bid. On-screen colors, sizes, materials, hours, and prices will not match every jobsite, camera, or store. You must check the work in the field.
Estimates, not contracts
Material lists, quantities, store lookups, barcodes, part numbers, paint numbers, hourly rates, trade lines, and suggested hours are estimates for discussion only. They are not a bid, a quote you must honor, a change order, or a construction document. We are not responsible if a number, part, plan, PDF, photo, or hour is wrong, incomplete, or out of date. The contractor and the customer are responsible for the price they actually agree to.
Photos
Photos must be rooms, yards, jobsites, tools, or product packaging. People in a photo are blurred before save. Blur is not perfect. No nudity, porn, sexual content, or sexual images of anyone under 18. You are responsible for what you upload. Use Report if you see a photo that should not be here.
Plans and drawings
If you upload or photograph a plan, PDF, or drawing, we are not responsible if that plan is wrong. Always use the signed set.
Accounts and plans
Homeowner Pro is $19 a month (or $149 a year). Contractor / engineer is $29 a month (or $290 a year) and includes specs, job materials, trade labor, and a grand total. Fees are in US dollars. Unless the law says otherwise, the current period is non-refundable. Cancel anytime; access lasts until the period ends.
Acceptable use
Do not break the law, harass anyone, upload prohibited photos, or overload the service. We may remove content or close an account. Custom trades and items you add are saved to your login only — not a public catalog.
No guarantee
The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Walter and Kids Improvements and Imagination by Samantha are not liable for lost jobs, bad bids, wrong materials, privacy issues from a photo that was not fully blurred, or any damages that come from using the app. Some states do not allow certain limits; in those places our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
